Established in 2003 in Jupiter, Florida, Jupiter Academy of Music is recognized by the community as a standard of excellence in music education. Their mission is to provide exceptional music education and performance opportunities to students of all ages. They are convinced that knowledge and appreciation of music are fundamental to the development of every individual and we believe that making music enriches both the lives of the students and the cultural environment of our community.
They offer private lessons in voice, piano, violin, guitar, ukulele, drums, and all school band instruments, trumpet, trombone, tuba, and clarinet. They offer private voice and rhythm lessons for your little ones who are starting to spark an interest in the music world as well as group lessons for your elementary-age children and teens.

Group Guitar lessons: With Mr. Greg
Mondays at 3:30 pm for elementary school-age children and 4:30 pm for middle schoolers. Learn the basics of strumming, chords, rhythm and playing songs in a fun musical environment.

Introduction to Music: With Mr. Brad
A combination of group piano, ukulele and percussion. Experiment with all these instruments while getting the basics of reading notes and understanding rhythm with fun music theory games.
Mondays and Tuesdays at 3:30 pm for elementary school-age children and 4:30 pm on Mondays for middle schoolers.

Group Drum and Percussion Lessons: With Mr. Brad
Learn the basics of drum set and percussion. Drum set beats and exercises, hand percussion rhythms, reading notes, and learning songs.
Fridays at 4:30 pm
Cost: $150

Thursday night Rock and Roll “JAM” Band:
Learn how to play with other players, learn the practical way to rehearse, build a song repertoire and eventually go out and play a gig somewhere in town.
Guitarists, bassists, drummers, keyboard players, singers, etc. Come every Thursday night and jam at JAM!
6:30 to 7:30 pm for younger players and 7:30 to 8:30 pm for older teenagers and adults.
Must already know the basics of your instrument.
