The Gymnastics Revolution (TGR) is a State of The Art gymnastics facility located just south of Palm Beach Gardens off Military Trail. TGR offers gymnastics classes beginning at age one, continuing to Adult, as well as Trampoline & Tumbling classes, Memorable Birthday Parties, Camps and more. We have recreational gymnastics and competitive teams.
Our Small & Tall (Parent & Tot) classes are co-ed for 1 & 2 year olds and encourage a time of bonding with parent and child through gymnastics exercise and play.
Our Firecrackers (Tots) classes for independent 3-5 year old co-eds and is designed to further a child’s physical development and coordination, using scaled down gymnastics equipment, obstacle courses and direct skill development. Our school age gymnastics programs for girls and boys 5 & up introduce the sport of gymnastics as a tool for developing a child physically and mentally.
We follow the USA Gymnastics developmental gymnastics program which teaches strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and discipline. The children are grouped according to gender, age and ability and are encouraged, through positive reinforcement, to achieve skills at their own pace.
At TGR, we believe that the physical activities associated with the sport of gymnastics not only builds strength, flexibility and coordination, but has a profound and positive effect on a child’s self- esteem & psychological development. Our coaches and instructors are caring, professional, safety certified and are required to attend continuing education in gymnastics and sports training annually.
All of this can be found in our 23,000 Square foot facility of non-stop FUN, with Olympic style gymnastics equipment for boys and girls; two in ground foam pits, in ground trampolines, tumble tracks and more.
