Cardio Kids Program (Ages 7-13)
Come join My Gym Jupiter for the Cardio Kids program every Tuesday from 4:30pm - 5:30pm! The goal of the Cardio Kids program will be to challenge and strengthen the children through cardio workouts, obstacle courses, gymnastics, and sports training to increase agility and coordination. All children, regardless of their athletic ability, will benefit greatly from My Gym's Cardio Kids program. As with all My Gym programs, FUN will be the key ingredient!

Skill & Development
The youngest My Gym students begin their first visual, auditory, and spatial exploration in this 45 minute class while their parents are carefully guided through a program designed to introduce music and movement. The infant-parent team can look forwad to baby exercises, songs, dances, unique swings, and many other adventures every week. This fun movement class also includes a brief parent discussion element and a weekly handout.
At Home
It can be difficult to know how to play with a new baby. Our carefully designed stretches and exercises can be practiced at home. The songs, rhymes and dances incorporated into our programming are also a wonderful way to interact with and entertain your baby when outside of the gym.

Martin Luther King Day Camp
Come to My Gym Jupiter for Martin Luther King Camp Day on January 20, 2014! It will be a half-day of games, relays, songs, dances, story time, music, sports, and much more. My Gym Camp is designed to enhance physical growth and a sense of individual success. Our number one goal is your child's enjoyment!
Camp program is designed for kids ages 2-9 years. To challenge the children accordingly, Campers (2-4) and Super Campers (5-9) will be divided into age-appropriate groups.
Camp Fees: 9am-12pm - $35.00, A La Carte - $10.00 per hour (12pm-2pm)
