I love when Brio Tuscan Grille offers a new seasonal menu and this season's Spring Seafood Celebration does not disappoint. Featuring chef-inspired seafood items for lunch and dinner, the made from scratch dishes include the finest and freshest ingredients. Brio is my go-to for lunch with friends, a work meeting and dinner out because the food and service is always perfection.

You must try the Blackberry Cooler or the Blackberry Infused Cosmo (made with house-infused vodka), the Cooler, which was my favorite, has a hint coconut and both are refreshingly sweet and light.

A perfect way to start off the meal is with BRIO’s tasty Calamari Fritto Misto, fried to a crisp golden brown with pepperoncini.

The Strawberry Balsamic Salmon Salad with mixed greens, salmon, grapes, spicy pecans, Gorgonzola, herb vinaigrette (available at lunch only) was incredible and the salmon was perfectly cooked - it was flaky and mild with a wonderful grilled flavor.

The Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli with a slightly spicy black pepper cream, spinach, grape tomatoes was out of this world.

We followed all of this with a slice of a spectacular caramel cheesecake, yum.

We had such a terrific meal and as usual, the service was impeccable, as usual. The Spring Seafood Celebration runs through June 17th. So the next time you are looking for the perfect lunch or dinner, head to Brio, you will not be disappointed!
