- Multi-disciplinary, integrated approach
- Advanced & engaging curriculum led by dynamic, master teachers
Our small class ratios accommodate subject and grade level acceleration, allow for learning differentiation, and promote individual interaction between student and teacher fostering mutual respect in a nurturing, safe and compassionate environment. Our highly involved parent culture is supportive of the education process, resulting in a well-rounded, whole child.
Our advanced and engaging curriculum is grounded in six Centers of Excellence:

- Language Arts/Speech & Debates
- The Arts
- Foreign Language
- Taekwondo
Critical thinking and experiential learning from Early Childhood through 8th grade are applied throughout the student’s entire educational experience at Weiss.
Some examples of our hands-on learning approach:
SCIENCE
The Weiss CubeSat Design Team traveled to Atlanta to participate in the launch of their first CubeSat prototype on a specially design Learjet. Generation Orbit featured Weiss in an article, which you can read about here: Weiss Research Launch.
TECHNOLOGY
This year, each student participated in the nationally recognized events, The Hour of Code Week and the Mini Maker Faire as part of our emphasis on technology and robotics.
MATHEMATICS
Our mathematics curriculum is accelerated a full year. Classes integrate with science and engineering projects applied to solve real-world problems.
SOCIAL STUDIES
The Weiss School co-hosts the Annual Archaeology Day in the fall with The Palm Beach Historical Society, The Palm Beach Archaeological Society, and the Florida Public Archaeology Network. Our Weiss Native Garden creates an environmentally friendly learning tool and promotes our hands-on education philosophy.
LANGUAGE ARTS
Every year, each child from Kindergarten through 8th grade creates and publishes their own book, culminating in Author’s Day in the spring. Our Debate team competes monthly in local competitions and boasts a high winning streak!
THE ARTS
The Weiss Conservatory of Music, led by a Julliard-trained master conductor, gives students access to world-class music experiences in performance, production and appreciation, and is offered as a core subject. Symphonic band students participated in a private, hands-on workshop with the world-renowned Boston Brass and are learning film music techniques with the Walt Disney World Performing Arts Team. Visiting teaching artists encourage students to find their own artistic voice and vision in fine arts and student artwork is proudly displayed in our Weiss Hall Gallery.
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
Spanish is a core subject taught in Early Childhood and continues through 8th grade. Mandarin Chinese and French are also offered beginning in 3rd grade.
In addition, The Weiss School continues its tradition of its outstanding Academic Taekwondo program for our K-8th-grade students, allowing them to develop a strong sense of self-discipline, respect, cooperation, responsibility, as well as values and standards of excellence.
Collaborative and experiential, real-world learning is launching The Weiss School further into the future of innovative education. Come see what the buzz is all about!
