Franklin Academy is a SACS accredited school system and its campus offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme as an IB candidate school. They provide all elementary students with daily recess as well as weekly instruction in music, art, physical education, Spanish language, and chess. Their A-rated middle school program offers students a dynamic education in a unique setting with a small-school feel. Their students participate in extracurricular drama and music programs as well as competitive sports at the middle school level.
