Macaroni KID PBG wants to wish all of our mini-macaronis a special happy birthday with a shout-out each month to celebrate their birthdays! It's FREE to sign up and we will list all of the submitted birthdays in a monthly article and give a shout-out on Facebook and Twitter, too.
Each month we will select one winner, chosen using random.org from that month's birthdays, to win a birthday surprise from some awesome sponsors! Our current sponsors are Nothing Bundt Cakes PBG and Card My Yard PBG.
