Science and Tech Camps are back in session for Spring Break. The Cox Science Center offers year-round camp excitement and learning for young scientists ages 5 to 12 years old. Each exciting week of camp offers hands-on exploration on a variety of topics in science, engineering and technology at 2 great locations in West Palm Beach and Jupiter. The days are packed with interactive lessons, laboratories, themed crafts, and outdoor activities led by their expert Science Educators. Sping Break Camps at Cox Science Center:
March 17th - Fairground Physics! (ages 7-12) - Did you know that roller coasters are not entirely powered by motors? Learn all about the physics behind your favorite amusement park rides and explore the forces of fun in this one-day camp! ($60 member/ $65 non-member)
March 20th - 24th - Under the Sea (ages 5-12) - Dive into a marine biology adventure in this exciting week-long camp! Campers will learn about Florida’s coastal ecosystems and the different marine animals that live there. ($275 member/ $300 non-member)
April 7th - Fun in the Sun (ages 7-12) - Ever wonder how our sun compares with other stars in the universe? Join for this exciting one-day camp where campers will learn all about the sun! Campers will explore everything from solar physics to solar energy and will also have the opportunity to observe the sun through a real telescope. *Observatory solar viewing is weather permitting* ($60 member/ $65 non-member)

Introducing the new Jr. Naturalist Program at Cox Science Center and Aquarium
Calling all young nature enthusiasts! Join Cox Science Center for their new Jr. Naturalist program and learn about what makes Florida a unique ecosystem. During this program, you’ll learn about endangered species, Florida’s habitats, and indicator species. This program is a hands-on program for ages 7-15. Participants will earn eco-patches for each monthly subject they attend.
