Science is sweet! During Science of Chocolate, visitors will learn the science behind how chocolate is made, the chemical properties of chocolate, as well as its potential health benefits.
Explore the sweeter side of science during the 16th Annual Science of Chocolate on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 10 am to 4 pm.

- Transport back in time and climb aboard our blockbuster exhibit, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition
- Grab a Golden Ticket to take part in FREE drizzled treats at the chocolate fountain
- Get hands-on with our Chocolate experiments including a Liquid Nitrogen Chocolate Ice Cream treat for the entire family
This event is included with paid Science Center admission and free for members. Tickets purchased at the door.
Cox Science Center admission (including the event) is as follows: $24 for adults, $22 for seniors 60+, $20 for children ages 3-12, FREE for children under 3. Planetarium Shows $5.
