Have you tried Waxin's yet? I recently was hosted for dinner and drinks at their gorgeous space on Donald Ross - this Swedish inspired culinary destination is right here in our backyard and is not only Instagram-worthy, but delicious.

Kudos to chefs Eicken and Nordstrom and team for their skillfully crafted dishes- we tried the insanely delectable Beef Carpaccio and Nordic Ceviche to start, and the yummy Swedish Meatballs, Beef Rydberg, and cooked to-perfection Artic Char for entrees. And you seriously cannot miss the locally famous Hotshots and the Smokey (a deconstructed s’more served in a smoke-filled cloche). Perfect for date night, girls' night, or any night. I’ve been back since to try their pastas, which are a new fave, and I can’t wait to go back again!
