Traveling with children is challenging, at best. I will do anything to get my children to behave while traveling; so if that means handfuls of Christmas-themed chocolate, fluorescent orange, finger-staining snacks (don’t judge) and an inadvisable Playdoh set, so be it. For that reason, you can imagine my panicked state when I realized that I was about to board a plane this weekend WITHOUT a package of wipes.
The boarding process had already begun so I literally ran to the nearest gift shop and asked where I could find some. None in the first shop—great. “Try the shop at the end of the terminal,” the clerk said. I am thinking to myself: ‘The person that decided not to stock every store with baby wipes cannot possibly be a mom.’ I ran in the other direction and found what I was looking for— and they weren't just any wipes—they were Huggies Natural Care Wipes! Ok, so maybe the person who stocks the airport stores is a mom. I really think I heard voices singing from above— 'ahhhh!'
Ever since becoming a mom, wipes have been a must-have-on-me-at-all-times item. Huggies Natural Care Wipes were perfect for diaper changes because they have what Huggies calls Triple Clean Layers that make them strong, yet extremely soft, absorbent and gentle on baby's skin. The Triple Clean Layers also mean that Huggies Natural Care Wipes are great for cleaning up messy hands and faces, particularly if your child has sensitive skin.
Greasy, corn-something snacks? I’ve got this. If my three year old has the increasingly infrequent accident? No problem. Playdoh? Yep.
And, if I didn’t already love Huggies Wipes enough, check out this great Clutch 'n' Clean refillable case—THIS is exactly what I needed on that plane. They come in cute designs and have a fun strap that you can use to attach it to your bag or stroller (which comes in handy when traveling, so long as you do not forget to bring it along). You can find Huggies Natural Care Wipes and the Clutch 'n' Clean case at retailers everywhere for around $3.99.
Armed and ready, kids. Bring it on.
