May all of your bacon dreams come true on Thursday, July 20, as Nitrogen Bar, Grill & Sushi will host a bacon and bourbon tasting at the restaurant. Nitrogen has teamed up with Bacon Boxes for this pairing event and it will include all of your favorite indulgences. The pairing event will include 4 bourbon (1 ounce pours) or wine samples (3 ounce pours) paired with 4 bacon treats. Highlights include Coconut Bacon, Spicy Bacon and more. Cost is $30 per person for the regular pairing with either bourbon or wine. For those guests who want to take things up a notch, a pairing flight that includes Pappy Van Winkle will be available for $80.
