Description
Learn how to paint rocks with Faber-Castel Oil Pastels! We will start with rocks that has been primed with Gesso and learn a few techniques to blend the oil pastels on your rock surface. Seal with UV-Resistant Acrylic Coating spray and leave outside for someone else to find!
Oil Pastel techniques:
1. Adding Mineral Spirits or Oil Thinner to thin the pastels to a light wash
2. Blending colors with a paper blender
3. Scraffito
