Baby & Me Yoga for moms, dads, and little ones ages birth to 3, with Shellie Chiet Baby Yoga every Thursday from 11:30am - 12:15pm.
Please join certified, registered and insured yoga teacher Shellie Chiet as she guides mommy/daddy and baby through gentle poses to increase bonding, stretch, and strengthen muscles. Classes are 45 minutes with music, light aromatherapy, and lots of fun~Mamaste.
