Looking for a fun fall family outing?!
Come out to enjoy the 3rd annual Spooktacular Family Festival with the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida. You don’t need to be a member of Girl Scouts to register and have fun!
Spend the afternoon at one of our camp properties in Jupiter for a day of fall fun with a spooky twist! This festival will be a mix of fall-themed camp activities and spooky STEM science for all ages to enjoy as we combine STEM and Outdoor. Spend the afternoon enjoying traditional camp activities like archery or hiking the trail. You can also experiment with STEM in the great outdoors with a fun fall family theme.
Spooktacular would not be complete without our annual costume contest! We will have two main categories: Best Individual Costume and Best Group Costume. (Costumes are not mandatory. We kindly ask that, for your safety, costumes should cover your shoulders and not have any loose hanging fabrics)
All family members and friends must register for the event to participate; children 3 and under will be free as the activities are not designed for this age group.
What to bring: camp chairs, picnic blankets, a refillable water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen as well as a packed lunch for you and your family.
What to wear: Our clothing guidelines are required for all participants, young and old. Their purpose is to help keep all participants safe. Weather appropriate clothing or costumes that are appropriate for the outdoors. All clothes, costumes or not, require closed toe/closed heeled shoes with socks and shirts/tops that cover your shoulders. If you are wearing a costume, please make sure there is no loose hanging fabric.
